Rachel Shoniker, founder of Revitalize Now!, has a passion for empowering people to reach their goals. Since 1996, Rachel has coached individuals of all ages to successfully quit smoking as well as release weight and inches. Her personal goal is to enable her clients to experience lasting results.
Rachel is a Certified Laser Technician and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Nutritional Consultant. She also has a Public Relations Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
Rachel has always had a passion for health and fitness. She’s been an avid skier since she was two years old and loves to jog, hike and play tennis. Rachel has completed several half and full marathons, and most days of the week, she can be found working out at the gym – a hobby that she’s enjoyed for 20 years.
Rachel also has a passion for travel, languages and foreign cultures. She’s lived in several countries abroad and speaks German and Russian.
